Nice room, terrible floor tiles

Great service and excellent food, loved the view and adult pool. Hotel room floors badly need to be replaced. Cracked and stained so they looked dirty and stained. Not up to our Pueblo Bonito expectations.

Paradise in Mazatlan

Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay is a beautiful oasis in Mazatlan. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to get away for vacation. They have a free shuttle into town and the city buses will take you everywhere, or jump in a open air pulmonia taxi.

Excellent All-Inclusive Food

We usually swim at the Bistro Pool and frequently enjoy a poolside lunch. FELIPE ORENDAIN has been our waiter over the past several years; he always has a smile and his service is impeccable. RICARDO VAZQUEZ has also been our waiter and very efficient. DANIEL ROOGLES is Felipe's usual partner and they work well together. RODRIGO has given superb service over the last five years. La Cordeliere Restaurant is one of our favorite breakfast and dinner spot. SERGIO RAMOS has been a wonderful waiter for an evening meal. He greets us by name each year and how he remembers us each time is quite unbelievable. This is actually the case with all of the waiters. This probably has something to do with the fact that we have been coming to this location for many years; we are amazed that there is virtually no turnover in staff. CARLOS MELCHOR DIAZ was our primary nighttime waiter for years. This year he has moved to mornings and as always, we enjoyed our time together; lots of laughs and love. FREDDY LIZARRAGA has been very helpful for dinners, as well as breakfast. He has become a true friend over the years. ADRIANA makes the best omelet in the world - watching her work several fry pans at a time is a miracle. LUCIA makes a great milkshake to start the day with a healthy start. I am going to name all the morning waiters because they have all given us excellent service: NAHUA, LUCIO, ARIEL, LUIS, JESUS, DARIO, JAIRO, CLAUDIO, HUGO, and JOSE. Even during the last two years of the pandemic, each waiter gave superb service. The nighttime staff of BISTRO is equally excellent: Edgar, Miguel, Heime, Antonio, and Alejandro. We also had the pleasure of meeting GUSTAVO for the first time. JOSE LUIS NAVAREZ has been our waiter at the Main Pool for years - when our family comes, he is beyond attentive to their every need. Our family just can't wait to see him each year. He knows all our names and remembers what each of us eats and drinks. CLAUDIA GARCIA is the Front Desk Manager and every problem we have presented to her gets resolved immediately. What an asset to Pueblo Bonito.…

Emerald Bay is a wonderful place to visit

We spent a week at Emerald Bay in early May 2022. We truly enjoyed our trip! The resort is beautiful and clean, but it's the staff that makes the resort so special. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff, the gardeners and golf cart drivers, even though they work long days, deal with all kinds of visitors with all kinds of requests, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed our evenings at Kelly's Bar. The theme nights were especially fun, with live music and wonderful food. The staff (Alejandro, J. Luis, Fernando, Oscar, Carlos, and Andres) made us feel like family. We spent time at the Bistro and the pool nearby. Dulce greeted us every morning with a warm smile and a lesson in Spanish (which we truly enjoyed). Our waiters (Rodrigo, Pablo) were fun and attentive (even though they were often very busy). Our pool waiter, Felipe, was excellent - he checked on us often!! I'd recommend Emerald Bay it's truly someplace I look forward to going back to again!…

Emerald Bay

Great week with family and friends! Make sure to go to the spa during your visit. Take the city tour, visit the observatory and go on tequila tour. Definitely recommend casa 46 and Angelo’s for dinner.
