So difficult to check in. Reception had to call the bell captain to help translate everything. Room had very few outlets considering how many people have a lot of electronics with them when they travel. Beds were very comfortable, although my friend had to practically jump up to get into hers. They only provide two bath towels and hand towels.... More

If you're expecting something equal to any of the big resorts in town, you'll be disappointed ~ but if you're looking for a decent, clean hotel in a great location at a great price, this is a good choice. My ONLY complaint is that while there was a coffeemaker and coffee in the room, there was no decaf and no... More

We stayed here along with 8 other families. No breakfast included and to top it off when eating breakfast at the restaurant they gave us the higher price not the promotional breakfast price even though we were guests at the hotel! Don't loose your room keys you will be charged for $50 pesos for each card. My cousin left his... More

I was booked into this hotel for one night only… and that was one night too many. When staying in “chain hotels”, such as the Quality Inn, you expect consistent quality throughout the world. This is a "3 star" and I must rate it as such, but this must be the poorest Quality Inn that I have ever stayed in.... More

I originally booked here for 4 days thinking I would stay in the Centro area at a later date. But checking out of hotels and moving is quite an inconvenience. I like it enough here to extend a few more times. I stayed here a total of 10 nights. Do your searches for good prices, sometimes you will see a... More

Here for business. EVERYONE completely helpful. I had a suite, for where I was it was ok, and @ $80, couldn't beat it. Pool was nice, only crowded late afternoons with kids. Many channels on the tv but I found only 3 in English, but you don't come to MZT to watch tv. Only complaint, the "business center", 3 pc's... More

We used choice points and were well pleased. We stayed 3 nights before and 2 nights after a week at the Mayan palace. This is closer to restaurants, has free WiFi, free breakfast and more TV channels. A mini fridge would have been great, but no luck. We got suites, which were spacious. Great value, especially using points.

I usually travel for business and my stay at this hotel was very good. It includes the basics and is clean. Good location and includes breakfast. The Internet speed was ok and in general the rooms are in a very quiet mood.

I just want to say Thank you to Andres for helping us out to find a room with a late registration. He was so nice and all the staff made us feel like we were at home. The pool was perfect, the rooms, the breakfast so fast if you did not get the continental breakfast. Our server was really nice... More

PROS: -Location -Decent price -Powerful air conditioning -Free parking (even if unsupervised) CONS: -Limited staff -Extra for a window -WiFi doesn't work in the room -The worst pillows I have ever seen! -Rocket-surgery to get the shower going -Paper-thin walls, you can hear EVERY noise in the hotel Overall I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a place to...
