Great vacation me and my family had a great time. It's a small place but with lots to do especially with the joy squad they are awesome. Especially Dalice and Rafa they made our day everyday. They have volleyball tequila, ping pong and much more

We have owned at the Sea Garden for over 20 years. It was old when we bought and it's even older now. The rooms are basic, but clean. The grounds are lovely and the pool is OK. The customer service by the employees is fantastic however and the common areas are spotless. If you are looking for a 5 star...

Our first night was not a great one. They put us in a room with a double bed (wife and I haven't slept in a double bed in 20 years) , and the room overlooked a huge bank of noisy air conditioners from the building below. Our room was filled with the noise constantly. We considered going to another hotel,...

It was a beautiful place to stay, I had lots of fun. There was always a lot of stuff to do down by the pool. Ana from the joy squad was amazing! Every time I saw her she made me smile. The other joy squad members were ok too.

It is away from the congested Gold Zone but a fast, easy ride to The Gold Zone. It has such lovely grounds and is very easy to get from one part to another. I enjoy the planned actives that go on from 11.Am some days to nine pm. The card games 21 and Texas hold are for fun and enjoyed...

We checked in on Sunday the 12th and were shown a one bedroom suite on the first floor overlooking the parking lot. The room was musty, moldy and no internet. It was entirely unacceptable. We were shown a slightly better room on the both floor with even less internet. As my wife is the director of a University she needs...

Great vacation, I stayed with my friend so we enjoyed the pool. There is happy hour from 12-1 the beverages are well made and pretty good by the pool. The staff is outstanding, especially the Jöy squad they were awesome in the super bowl. We didn't win but we had fun.

The first room we were given (on the third floor) was 'tired and worn' but we moved to another floor/room when the friends we were vacationing with arrived on the second day. We were then assigned rooms on the twelfth (top) floor where the rooms were bright, clean, quiet and the views were amazing. The only problem we had (room...

We did not choose this facility to stay at, RCI bounced us 5 days before departure. The grounds are very nice and well kept. However, you cannot see the ocean from the pool. As others have stated there is one big pool divided in half. Half of it is heated but not even warm. There is only one set of...
