We stayed at this hotel because the one we had reserved was overbooked. They told us it was a suite, but it was a normal sized room with a kitchen stuck in the corner. The room was dark and smelled bad. We went back to our original hotel and after a lot of arguing and complaining the manager came with...

Stay away from this place! They charge a lot more than what it's really worth. The rooms look nothing like the pictures, you get a dirty old room with old blankets. Very disappointing! First day there the bathroom was dirty with old bar soaps and razors. You take a shower and end up with the whole room floor wet. First...

Nice hotel. Make sure you getting a room with A/C and TV when you make reservation. European plan does not have either, but is cheaper. Good location and near beach and restaurants. Nice roof top pool and free breakfast.

The hotel was scruffy, overpriced, with rude staff. Avoid. Whatever we asked about we got a blunt "no". We were even refused an early breakfast that we had paid for. The bathroom was awful. Luckily we only stayed one night and moved on.

We needed to stay a night in Puerto Vallarta and booked this hotel for its central location, just off the Malacon. Unfortunately, the location was the best thing about it. The staff were extremely unhelpful and responded "no" to every single request. We paid for breakfast with our room but were told we couldn't have it because we needed to...

We booked this place just a few weeks before the trip, even in high season. great location. Breakfast is served on the rooftop overlooking the fine scenery of the mountains circling the bay. Enjoy the zumba in the park next door at 8 am everyday. solid mid range hotel. just a couple blocks north of Los Arcos and the pier...

The place is very well kept, the rooms are comfortable but nothing fancy. Great views of the ocean and the bar has great drinks right on the beach. The price is right and the staff is very friendly. The location is also very nice, you are within walking distance of everything.

This was my first time at this particular hotel. Never again! I have never stayed in a more revolting hotel. The room smelled of sewage, the room was dirty and the excuse for a bathroom is disgrace. Sheets were clean but the mattresses were from the 1960s (without mattress cover). The towels were stained and 20 years old. We never...

Eloisa is an older style Mexican hotel. The furnishings are spartan, but the rooms are nice sized with new flat screen TV's and large bathrooms. They also have new air conditioning that keeps the rooms well cooled. There is a healthy breakfast served on the roof daily with lovely and caring staff. The internet rarely works on the several networks...

The first room we were given had many issues. The closet door wouldn't slide, there was no chest of drawers, no working bathroom electrical plugs, no blankets, and only one outlet in the rest of the unit. We asked to change rooms the second day and was given a nicer room for the same price. They advertise free wifi, but...
