Detailed Reviews
Casa Nicole is a sparkling diamond quietly tucked away in the heart of the Romantic Zone. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this boutique hotel, so I’ll start with the service. The service was 5-star as we were made to feel as if we were old friends with every single person we interacted with no matter the position. The location is amazing. We walked everywhere and only used a taxi to go to and from the airport. The hotel has been completely renovated by the new owners who paid attention to all of the details, large and small. The breakfast/brunch is not to be missed whether you are a guest, local or visitor. The photos shown could have been taken yesterday. This hotel is cared for by Rolando and his team and you can tell. Can’t wait to come back!
P.S. I never write reviews, but I want everyone to know that you can have it all downtown: new, modern, 5-star team, location and price.

I've been to PV probably 15 times (break for COVID) and finally went back. Have staying in various places, but with research found a newly-opened boutique hotel (12 rooms) in a fantastic location. So impressed! The staff/service, rooms are new and well-appointed, and location simply cannot be beat. Beach one block away. Shopping and Romantic zone on one side, Malecon on the other. The restaurant is amazing- people go there just for that. Breakfast and lunch only, but you can have it brought to your room and get to enjoy tons of various eateries in easy walking distance. The pool is on top and is very nice although not huge. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 4 nights. Fabulous staff. Well located for both sides of the river and near the beach as well. Lovely breakfast menu, plenty of choices. One excellent feature never seen anywhere else is that you can specify which 2 hour period you would like to have your room cleaned. Very good for late sleepers.
Not cheap but all in all a terrific hotel.

We were very lucky to find this hotel at an excellent location in the centre of Puerto Vallarta’s Zona Romantica (on a quiet street though so no street noise). It was newly renovated, everything in great conditions, with great and very friendly service, spacious rooms, and delicious à la carte breakfast choices. No complaints whatsoever and very recommended!

I stayed at Casa Nicole Boutique Hotel for 5 nights, during my visit to Puerto Vallarta. The hotel is located in a central location, walking distance to restaurants and local landmarks. The hotel appeared to be clean and well maintained. My room had ample storage space, which is a major benefit for me as I don’t travel light.
This is a small two story boutique hotel with 12 rooms. The hotel shares the same entrance as Casa Nicole Restaurante. The ground floor courtyard area of the hotel is occupied by the restaurant. Two separate staircases lead to the second floor rooms from the courtyard/restaurant. I stayed in a City View room on the second floor, accessible via the staircase closest to the entrance.
The hotel has a very nice roof top pool. The pool is accessible via the second staircase. To get to the pool and the small gym, you have to walk through the bustling courtyard restaurant. I felt uncomfortable walking through the busy restaurant dressed in gym clothes and/or a bathing-suit to access the pool. Therefore, I did not use the inviting rooftop pool which was a huge disappointment for me.
Having to walk through the courtyard restaurant when entering and exiting the hotel felt kind of awkward as is.
The smell of food from the restaurant permeated the air and was very pronounced in my second floor room. The walls in the hotel are paper thin so noise from the restaurant and the adjacent rooms was vividly heard.
There was construction going on in the building across the street from my city view room at the time of my stay. There was non-stop banging, jack hammering, and demolition work noise which went on from early morning until late evening, weekends included. Not very tranquil.
The staffing at the hotel was minimum, due to the size. There is no concierge on site. This was my first visit to Puerto Vallarta. Hotel staff were not able to provide me with tour, activity, and/or restaurant recommendations, when I inquired. In fact, there was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. I wish that such guidance was available to me as a first time visitor to PV.
At the time of my visit to PV, similar hotels in the area cost 3 to 4 times less per night. I feel like I overpaid for what I actually received. If I return to PV in the future, I am not sure that I would stay at Casa Nicole Boutique Hotel again unless I received an unbelievable deal.

Breatiful botique hotel in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Conveiently located within walking distance to everything, beach, night life, shopping, clubbing, and dinning. Service was attentive and personal. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, along with binligual which was appreiated by a non spanish speaker. The room was large, comfortable and decoraterated in a contempoary style. It had a small balcony with table and chairs. The bathroom was large, clean and supplied with desginer toiletries. In additional to a delightful restaurant which we had breakfast at daily , there is a complimentary gym and a swimming pool, both clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Puerto Vallarta and have reccommened it to our family and friends. A ture gem at a great value.

We rented three rooms at this hotel. We decoded stay at this place because it is located very close to the boardwalk Malecon. They area is called Zona Romantica.
The hotel is very nice, clean beyond our expectation, rooms are large and plenty of room to move around after putting your couple of bags.
We are senior and at check in, they gave us downstair room and our kids got upstairs rooms. I am sure that was because there is NO Elevator So, if you have difficulty climbing the stairs, make sure you request downstair room. There are only three rooms downstair.
Kitchen of the the hotel is open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. food is very good and staff is extent. Lots of people come to eat there. After 2:00 PM, kitchen closes down and you have to find outside store, or restaurent for any item you need.
Hotel provides 2 bottled water but, if you ask for more during their clean up time, they will give you more.
There is an excersize area on second floor and Pool on third floor. Again, no elevator to go there.
I would give this hotel 5 stars except that there is no elevator to enjoy beautiful pool and the gym.
The owner is overmuch involved in daily operation of the hotel and I think, that is one reason all the staff is efficient and courtious.

I can’t emphasize enough how lovely this boutique hotel is in every way. It’s so clean and modern. Everything is maintained and in perfect working condition. Housekeeping cleans so thoroughly.
All the staff was so friendly, so kind, so happy and works so well as a team.
The location was perfect for us. It’s in the middle of everywhere you want to go, yet so quiet. Only a block from the Malecón.
The breakfasts are made to order and so delicious that people not staying at the hotel come into the restaurant to enjoy it. I have food allergies and they were very accommodating.
If this hotel is available, you’re lucky and you should book it! (No, I’m not affiliated with the hotel in any way... it’s just this amazing.)

Let me start by saying this is truly A HIDDEN GEM Hotel!!!
I stayed here May 14-19, 2024 for my spouses bday and It was def an amazing experience. If I could give this hotel 10 Stars I truly would.
From the moment we checked-in to the property the staff went above and beyond.
I loved that this was a small boutique hotel so you didnt have to worry about being overcrowded with people.
We were given a tour of the property and you can tell the property is well maintained. The hotel also has a restaurant downstairs which is a plus and babbyyyyy the food is 10/10.
We had room 206 and it was located at the end of the hallway. The room was perfect and a nice size. I felt very comfortable with the cleanliness of everything (the walls, the floors, the bathroom, etc).
The pool is located on the roof which you get a nice view of the city.
The gym was small but still able to get a good workout in.
The hotel was located in the Zona Romantica or Romantic Zone. The hotel is walking distance to everything in the area but out of the way so you still get the peace.
You are given a keycard to get in and out of the hotel for after-hours but someone was always available at the front desk
The hotel is strict with having guest over at the hotel
The highlight of our stay:
The staff def went above and beyond when they sung happy bday to my spouse our first morning having breakfast at the restaurant and Amanda decorating our room bed with HBD for my spouse when we went out for the day. That was truly a memorable moment.
Thanks to Mr. Juan, Amanda, Mateo, Angel and the entire staff for an amazing stay
I would 10/10 recommend

This hotel is very centrally located, within very short walking distance of the beach and all businesses. Only twelve rooms, so quiet and intimate feeling. The whole property is very clean and well maintained. Small gym, adequate for some basic cardio. Pool area is not large, but pleasant. Restaurant serves good breakfast/brunch dishes. All staff was nice and gracious.
(The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been an electric kettle in the room.)
