Do not book this place. We booked it for February 4 and 5 2017. When we arrived at the address we could not find the so called hotel. No hotel sign. No front desk clerk. We phoned the phone number that was linked to this booking numerous times. No one would answer the phone. All we could find was a...

This is very centrally located, right in between zona Romantica and Malecon. It in situated on a main road on top of Los Muertos Brewery. We stayed there over the new year weekend. Though the street was loud with traffic and also music from the gay bar next door, we didn't hear that much because our room was in the...

This accommodation looks nice in the photos, but photos of what ? The building is located on the main bus route ,(Very noisy and lots of diesel smoke, 6am--11pm), it shares a wall with a noisy night club (LOUD MUSIC, with high volume base ,9PM--3AM). Management located 8 blocks away, they don't tell you this , so when you arrive...

First off, we needed to check in at a different hotel in a totally different part of town. We had to wait 30-45 minutes to be taken to our room, the hotel sent the poor bell boy out in the pouring rain, walking in his bare feet. 2 hours after arriving in town we finally got into our room, only...

Excellent value. The building is really a short stay apartment block as there is no reception or other hotel services except for daily maid service. Stayed in a self contained studio (small one bedroom in reality) with a kitchen for one week. There is free laundry, one full size washer and one full size drier. Roof top patio area is...

You need to pick up key at hotel encino. If it was not for other reviews we would never have known. Email sent to both places remain unanswered. Thanks to the other tripadviser reviews or I would never have known. Otherwise place is good value for money and centrally located where a lot of the gay clubs are. That also...

Love this place & would go back. It is charming, well cared for and very clean. Most of the time we had the whole place to ourselves. Pool was sparkling, plants lovingly maintained, the metalwork upstairs is beautiful. I loved it here, the 3 staff members are friendly and nice. Checking in at the Encino was easy, but they should...

Spent new years here with 2 friends. **IMPORTANT** You need to check in at the sister hotel a couple of blocks away - Hotel Encino Check in was straight forward because I had luckily read someones review about needing to check in at the sister hotel, something that should be advertised a bit more I...

This nice little hotel is located in the entertainment district. It is unmarked and you have to get the keys from Hotel Encino a few blocks away. The rooms are large, clean, well equipped and some have balconies. The staff are friendly and available. There is a very nice tiny pool on the roof and sunbathing/relaxing facilities as well as...

La Iguana is a very nice place like home, clean, good service, all facilities and confort. Good experience to saty in old vallarta town, everything is near, restaurants, shops, bars, malecon, and can walk safety. A little noisy by nights because of close bars in the area, but the experience to be there is different to other hotels, Lupita makes...
