First a disclaimer, if you are looking for a 5 star resort with a pool, look elsewhere. This place is not for you. If you want a cream modern simple hotel, then this place may work for you, it worked for me. Rooms are simple and compact. They feature a smart TVs so you could binge Netflix for hours and not notice. The staff is great Alexis was in touch before check in so there were no surprises. Romantic Zone and with its bars, dining and clubs are minutes away. The location can’t be beat. Use of the co-working space is included but you can also rent business rooms for a reasonable rate if you need a semi private office. Also the best Asian fusion is in their lobby! If you’re on a budget and need a good location-this place is perfect.

Avoid this place! The owners of this place are very rude! Just to start, they advertise that their rooms have central AC and it is a lie. Rooms have only ceiling fans, and they have AC only on the halls, but no ducts to the rooms. Also, they advertise different sizes of room when reality all rooms have the size. Besides that, the housekeeper saw a little bit of pot in one of my friends room. They did not even found anything on my room and I had nothing to do with that, but they still kicked out. Not only that, but they were threatening me that they were going to call the local traffic lords that were their friends to beat us up because my friend did not buy his pot from them. The whole situation was very stressful and recreational pot is legal in Mexico. My friend called the police to address the situation, police came and did nothing. AVOID THIS PLACE! It's not worth it!

Response from Joint Coworking Hotel, Sales at Joint Coworking Hotel
Responded 4 Apr 2021
Our hotel has a zero tolerance policy for drugs - the guest had a large quantity of marijuana and paraphernalia left in plain view and reported by our housekeeping staff. We asked the guest to check out so that we would not have to involve the police in the matter. We are sorry that these guests are misinformed about the legality of drugs in Mexico.
