A friend of mine raved about the place so three of us went there for the tour and lunch. I loved the part of picking your own salad greens and vegetables. As a former organic farmer myself, I was impressed with their organic operation. We did not stay overnight, we were there just for lunch. Dulce was a gracious hostess...

I wanted to get away from everything and concentrate on my music. This is the perfect place for that and also for going with your girlfriend. They set up a table for breakfast and dinners right in the river bed when is calm and that is very unique. Love it, hope i can get another week there soon.

When you arrive, you are given insect repellent, which is reportedly "organic," but feels very greasy. We were there in January, and next to nothing was growing in the garden. We had some turmeric in something, but that was it for "organic, locally grown food." A large crowd descends on the place at lunch time, so forget about enjoying quiet...

My wife and I stayed at Villa Azalea in March of 2014 and I'm only just now getting around to signing up for a Tripadvisor account, so I'm backdating this substantially. We had a fantastic time here - not only are the grounds beautiful, the meals each day were diverse and a delight. There are 'Mexican Mojitos' as well, a...

We booked 3 nights via Expedia three months in advance. With only a few weeks before our visit and during the busy Xmas season Expedia called to say the hotel had overbooked our room and had decided not to honor our reservation. We (and Expedia!) tried calling and emailing the hotel for an explanation but could not reach anyone. Although...

I spent 3 nights at Villa Azalea in October. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable. The location is beautiful, but somewhat remote, so you need a car if you stay here. I found the food to be plain, but adequate. What I really loved was the art! They have a terrific selection of original art on...

This place is amazing, from the comfy home style living area, to the views, the food is cooked right there for you, open honor system bar with every drink you can think of, pick your ownfruits and veggies, and the pool is so relaxing. The rooms are resort style, clean and very comfortable, and at night you can fall asleep...

While traveling along the Jalisco Coast, we found this incredible place, truly make us feel disconnected from the stressing world. To discover this gem in the middle of the green pine forrest not even 20 min away from the warm blue water of the Pacific Ocean, was the best way to finish my travels. They welcome us like kings, service...
