Really basic. My third time there. Disappointed. The staff makes it. More Mexicans than anything. This is all fine except the adult only pool where we could be was not enforced. We tried many times for security to enforce. To no avail. You cannot charge the rates we paid and expect no complaints. Night time was beyond noisy. There was...

I was at this resort from Jan 13-20. I arrived late at night and the place initially seemed "sketchy." Was pressured by some dude walking around the front of the hotel to go to a strip club, which was supposedly nearby. I have friends that live in PV that told me that you have to pay (bribe) to leave the...

This is an average hotel with extraordinary staff. The hotel rooms themselves are always clean and bedding/towels changed daily. My wife is a light sleeper and she had a issue with the noise as the concrete walls reflect the noise. Everyone on the property were very friendly. We had exceptional service from Mike(Miguel) @ the lobby bar and Pablo at...

The hotel is just average but I really like the buildings- kind of old and very Mexican. The food served - not bad but a little bit too national for my taste. What I really hated is serving wine in plastic cups. Please change it!!! The service was nice, people nice. The only real problem was the agent from Air...

Very clean place, adult pool, basic drinks. Meals all buffet style. VERY similar to Casa Dona Susana in the romantic zone. So if you want all-inclusive it's just what part of town you want to be in. We will stay here again

excellent option for a family trip, rooms are pretty clean and confortable, food is good but drinks are not so tasty, may be they need to improve the quality of the ingredients but if you like beer, its ok. Also I believe the dinning room needs some interior design improvements.

Have no complaints , this is a older property, but very clean, staff is very friendly, and the food is good. The pools were cool and clean (which can't be said about the pools at the Rui).
