I don’t normally write reviews but this is well deserved. Angel, Boris, Jose and My favorite, Antonio were amazing. My stay at this tucked away paradise was adored because of the great service. Thanks for the wonderful memories. Until next time!

Hotel's Favourite
Prior to our stay we learned of this hotel from attending one of the pool parties. Therefore our next visit we booked 4 nights. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and offered a cool towel and drink. During this process we also met the lovely owner. We were then given a very thorough tour of the property by the young man who checked us in. After the tour it was time to see our room. We booked the regular queen room but when we arrived we were blown away by the amazing room 141. Absolutely spectacular. You enter into a foyer with a large bathroom to the left. Double sinks and huge walk in shower that reminded me of a high end spa. Then into the main room and immediately noticed the view through the glass wall. Wow! Again blown away looking down the canyon with views of the ocean. Long patio with a small elevated seating area at one end. The bedroom/living room had a queen bed, built in couch along one side and another couch and coffee table at the foot of the bed. We felt like we had been upgraded but this was one of the regular queen rooms. Loved it. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Great views of the entire town from the main pool and bar area. We ate breakfast a couple times at the on-site restaurant. Enjoyed sitting on the restaurant patio and looking at the greenery while dining. Also ordered lunch from the pool bar. Enjoyed all of our meals. Drinks are great and fair pricing. We were initially concerned that it was not in town but the location up in the canyon makes for great views and a nice break from the usual construction noises in town. Surprisingly not a long walk into town at all but we did chose to take Ubers back to the hotel since I’m not a fan of hiking uphill in the heat and humidity of Puerto Vallarta. I would most definitely recommend this boutique hotel and we are booking another 4 nights for April.

We have stayed many times and it was another fantastic stay. The staff is who makes the stay unforgettable. Thanks to Felix, Sinai, Lars, Boris, Jose, Antonio, Joshua who all went the extra mile to make our last minute stay so great! And the food from Chef Ivan is the best place to have lunch and our afternoon snack!! Thanks to all and the upgrades from the recent remodel were very nice to see!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Cupula. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were originally booked for the Oaxaca Suite, however we were upgraded to the Penthouse Suite for a few days until we were moved. Both suites were perfect. The concierge, Antonio, went above and beyond to help us with our Covid testing and provided transportation to and from the testing site, as well as giving us great recommendations on restaurants and sites. Julio in the reception area was always helpful and friendly, as well. Really, all of the staff made our stay in Puerto Vallarta a relaxing and fun experience, from the drivers to the restaurant staff. I highly recommend Casa Cupula.
