This was a wonderful inn that we'll definitely be returning to. Cecy and Juanita were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and our room was absolutely lovely - two queen size beds, lots of open space, a wrap-around balcony, and an ocean view. The garden surrounding the office and the steps is a reminiscent of a jungle. It's in a perfect location;...

My husband and I stayed two nights at La Terraza, in the heart of “Zona Romantica”. The first view when arriving is a massive flight of stairs leading up through a tropical Mexican heaven, to the rooms. So, the first thing you want to do is ask that one of La Terraza staff (if available) carry your luggage up to...

My second stay at La Terraza Inn, and like the first, it did not disappoint. From the helpful and friendly staff to the comfortable, large and well appointed room, I was pleased with my entire experience. This year I booked one of the rooms on the top level. This does require climbing many steps, but these rooms also have partial...

La Terrazza was, likely at it's height, quite the Inn. It's nestled against the hillside, just a block up from the Blue Chairs/Green Chairs section of the PV beach. Unfortunately, I fear that the owner (as nice and charming as he is), is not able to take care of it like he used to. I have now stayed at La...

Tucked away in the well maintained gardens, this little hotel was a real find. The staff are friendly and helpful, located 1/2 block from the beach and close to wonderful restaurants and nightlife. My room was spotless, safe and provided everything I needed for a 2 week stay. I checked all comparable hotels in Old Town and found La Terraza...

I stayed at La Terraza over the long Thanksgiving weekend in 2015. La Terraza is a lovely hotel perched on the hills which jut steeply up from the Pacific Ocean in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. I had Room #10, which is on the 'top' floor (though the hill keeps climbing up) of the property. I'm in good shape,...

Charming property in romantic zone conveniently located near many amenities. The stairs to the room were daunting especially at night and after a few cocktails. Despite reading other reviewers warnings I didn't think it would matter, but it did if you are carrying luggage. Otherwise quiet location close to the beach.

I stayed at La Terraza Feb. 21-28, 2015. From the booking to my departure everything was great. Cecy the on site manager was extremely helpful with anything you needed from directions to a furnishing a 3 wire adapter for my laptop. Juanita the housekeeper kept my room spotless every day. Randy the owner was even onsite and I chatted with...

This 10 room inn, located directly up the hill from the beach, is a perfect boutique hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Close to Blue Chairs/Ritmos/Manamar beach clubs and the many fine restaurants and bars of the Romantic Zone, it provides easy walking to day and night activities. The rooms are very large - mine had two double beds, a small kitchenette...

Spent two weeks at the Inn. Rooms are spacious with dining table for two with utensils as well as a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Ceiling fan, humidifier, and a/c provide for a comfortable room atmosphere. Cecy manages the Inn while Juanita does the housekeeping. I've stayed here for years and have always been treated with total kindness....
