I like this hotel. We've stayed here 2 or 3 times. Prices are moderate, rooms clean and service good. Once we were in room 3, very spacious with outside kitchen, which I love, and a fantastic, huge terrace with wonderful view. This time I booked late at peak season and we were stuck w/ one of the inside rooms but...

The hotel on arrival looked nice and modern but looks can be deceiving. The hotel was old and hadn't aged well and was more like a place from the 80's, although the serving staff were great that's all that was. The food was ok not much choice and pritty much the same everyday. On the 5th day someone with a...

Room was clean but a little dark. No view of the Ocean though. Suite had a full kitchen but no microwave. Coffee pot with no coffee. Didn't even have a hairdryer. I don't know if I would stay there again.

We have stayed in Zihuatanejo many times over the last eight years, staying close to Madera Beach, La Ropa and also closer into town and therefore we have a knowledgeable base of experience. Last month, November, we spent for our first time, a lovely eleven days at Arena Suites. It certainly well exceeded our expectations. The staff and in particular...

We stayed at the Arena Suites from Nov. 21 - 17 and had a wonderful experience. Everything worked - The air conditioner, the appliances, the hot/cold water, the lovely hot tub (with cold water which was a blessing in the hot climate). We had the great jacquzzi suite; beautiful view of the ocean, palms trees, etc. We loved the hotel...

Stayed April 30th thru May 7th. Arrived about 1500 hours. Room was ready, except we were booked into the wrong room. We had booked the jacuzzi suite thru Expedia. They booked us into another suite. They had someone else booked into our room. The safe in the room was not working, broken keys. After about an hour, and negotiating a...

They would deliver anything you needed to your room and waited on us hand and foot when we went down to the beach. The view from our room was fantastic and the...

Recommend this place. Clean, great location to get around to other beachs, restrarants, shopping and walking areas! English speaking manager Sal. Everyday asks what he can do for you! Messages on the beach and mini bar were great too! We will be back!

“We love number 2 with one king size bed. They called that a "single suite" - not sure why. The room next door, number 3, is the same and has 2 double beds. Haven't seen the other but the big plus of those 2 rooms are the outside kitchen and the huge terrace. Paradise!”
