My wife and I had unit #6 for the week of Jan. 24-31. What a great place! Luis is a super host and Mario is receptionist, concierge, and caretaker all in one. The accomodations of our unit were perfect for the two of us. Of the nine units there are some that accomodate more people. The view is spectacular. The...

This was our first trip to Zihua. It won't be our last. We have traveled many places and we enjoyed our stay. Villa San Sebastian was everything we had hoped for. There were no surprises. We stayed in Villa #8. Its at the top next to villa #9. They have the best views. There are many steps to the top...

We spent a lovely week at the Villa San Sebastian. Our great experience began when our taxi pulled up to the door and Jose and Mario were there waiting for us and our bags! Mario was always available to give us directions and to offer advice about Zihuatanejo. We stayed in villa #3 and the accomodations were spacious and comfortable....

Our third stay at Villa San Sebastian. We love the staff (Mario, Jose, and Luis, the owner). Housekeeping staff is great, too. We stayed three weeks in #8. We had previously stayed two weeks and one week, respectively. So we think this is a great property at a great rate with easy acess to Playa La Ropa and busses and...

We just returned from our second visit to Zihua and would recommend the Villas San Sebastian wholeheartedly! The staff, views and location were great. We wouldn't have found this place if we hadn't visited TripAdvisor.com. Thanks to everyone who endorsed this villa and provided photos. We will definitely return and stay here!

My wife and I just returned from a week at Villas San Sebastian, and it was everything these reviews said it would be. We were in room 8, which along with room 9 is the highest up the hill. I loved the view from the open air kitchen/eating area; we sat out there in the cool of each morning sipping...

We are three friends who just returned from a great trip to Zihuatanejo. Staying at the Villas San Sebastian was definitely the highlight - and thanks to all the previous reviewers for directing us to this delightful hotel! If you want a beautiful place very close to Playa La Ropa (by far the nicest beach in Zihua) and would rather...

We stayed with four family members in late December 2006 and had a wonderful time. We booked into units 2-3, which have 3 bedrooms total. The 2-bedroom unit has a large patio/kitchen area, which we found to be a great gathering place. The rooms were large, clean and well-maintained. The owner, Luis Valle and his assistant Mario couldn't have been...

I am a travel agent from New Jersey. I have been in the travel industry for fifteen years and have never traveled to Zihuatanejo. After some research I had decided that I would like to stay at the Villas San Sebastian, and this turned out to be the best choice that I could have made. San Sebastian is the perfect...

“All the rooms we saw seemed to be lovely albeit if stairs are a problem you need to pick a lower level as we had many steps up to our suites. The views from all rooms are great but of course the higher you go the better the vistas.”
