We spend 3 days in this hotel. It is a really nice romantic hotel with a good restaurant and spa. The hotel has a free parking and it is very close from the Palacio de Cortes. Two pools: one close from the dinning area, the other a little further near the bedroom. The breakfast was tasty. The room are clean,...

We arrived late on a Friday night and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals and cocktails and looked forward to catching some sleep after a long week in Mexico City. The problem is that the hotel does not seem concerned about letting their guests sleep, they are more concerned with being a...

Nuestro viaje fue muy agradable. Nuestro viaje fue muy agradable. El personal era muy servicial y muy agradable . La comida era excelente y todo el ambiente del hotel era excelente We loved the trees surrounding the hotel common areas. It felt very quiet and peacful, especially being in the heart of the city.

Back in the hotel for my anniversary, and now that the rooms have AC's it's comfortable and much more quieter. I stayed in room 3, which over looks the restaurant, however even though I got noise due to music, I slept from 11 pm to 11 am. Again service was awesome, the menus changed from before and even staff has...

Had a great 3 night mid-week stay at Las Casas. The property is a former residence and has lovely landscaping. From the time we arrived and the valet took our car we felt welcomed and all our needs were attended to....even a complimentary beverage upon arrival. Theme of the B&B is white, everything is white with a rustic edge...makes for...

The hotel is ok but is completely unacceptable that they have a DJ playing loud music that is very intrusive in the rooms. It is Saturday night and they calmly said the music will continue until 1 am. I have never seen this before in a hotel- I pay for a room and I don't have the option of silence...

I booked a double room through Trip Advisor (Book It) for a one night stay for me and my daughter. We arrived from Mexico City by bus and taxi (40 pesos). They first said we could leave our bags and return for our room as check-in is 3:30. I had given a credit card for our reservation but it turned...

We arrived in the city of eternal spring (and also eternal traffic jams) tired and hot but were immediately rejuvenated upon entering the gorgeous Las Casa B+B! The fabulous Cesar took showed us our gorgeous room (Uno) more palace suite than hotel room. A beautiful white room with a large king bed, a sitting area, a long hallway lined with...
