Our recent 9 night stay at the Hotel Morales was excellent in every possible way-- beauty of the facility, cleanliness of the rooms, service and food in the restaurant, friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff, and convenient location in the historical center of Guadalajara. We cannot wait to return again. The entire experience at the Hotel Morales was memorable..

My wife and I opted for this hotel as a fancy place to stay for a couple nights on our honeymoon in Mexico and it fit the bill nicely! The hotel itself is wonderful--historic, comfortable and great service. We were upgraded to a really nice room with a jacuzzi and three small balconies, and it was amazing! We might just...

I loved the place. The building is nicely restored & very comfortable. The staff understands the concept of customer service. Any issues or requests were promptly dealt with. I called over the manager of the hotel at the end of my stay to tell him that and congratulate him on their obviously excellent training. The shoppers of our group loved...

I love this hotel. I've stayed here about 5 times. It situated in the best location and close to everything. It's about a 20-25 min Ca ride to the airport. The rooms are clean, great mix of old world style with updated amenities. I've also seen the hotel change and increase its offerings without increasing it prices.

We found the hotel to be modern with good food and other services. The doorman made arrangements for us to hire a local guide for two days to explore the city and surrounding area. The hotel is located close to major historical, religious and cultural buildings. Tourists have to exercise standard cautions regarding being out at night and not wearing...

My wife and I enjoyed this hacienda style hotel at the edge of many of the historic buildings and walk or short cab ride to many good restaurants. Wonderful authentic ambience and very comfortable. Nice service at the front desk, bar and restaurant. This is no 5-star luxury palace but it sure works for touring Guadalajara. Great value, too.

While the hotel is very attractive physically, I found a few things lacking. We had the King Suite, and while the room was large, it did not have a cabinet in the main room for clothing. Three shelves in the bathroom were insufficient and inconvenient for two persons. When I went to use the jacuzzi, it did not work. The...

I really liked the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant was great. The service was outstanding in the front desk and in the restaurant and they have the best margaritas I have had in a long time. My only complaint is the noise. There was a wedding during the time we were there. It was very loud....
