After travelling for 10 hrs we arrived at 4:30 pm and was told our room wasn't ready. We had to wait for another 2 hrs. When we finally got to our room, it smelled like sewage. We requested another room but were told that the hotel was sold out (on a Monday)?. The next day we switched into a different...

We have stayed at this lovely hotel 3 or 4 times now. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. There is complementary valet parking, the hotel is located very nearby the central historical district. Every room that we have stayed in have been very nicely appointed, comfortable, and beautifully cleaned.

I was extremely impressed by this historic hotel. The building was amazing and the single room was equally as amazing and plenty big enough for 2 adults. You cant beat the central location to the Cathedral, museums and other sights and things to do. The staff at the front desk and concierge were extremely helpful and very nice. While I...

Our recent 9 night stay at the Hotel Morales was excellent in every possible way-- beauty of the facility, cleanliness of the rooms, service and food in the restaurant, friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff, and convenient location in the historical center of Guadalajara. We cannot wait to return again. The entire experience at the Hotel Morales was memorable..

I loved the place. The building is nicely restored & very comfortable. The staff understands the concept of customer service. Any issues or requests were promptly dealt with. I love this hotel. I've stayed here about 5 times. It situated in the best location and close to everything. It's about a 20-25 min Ca ride to the airport. The rooms are clean, great mix of old world style with updated amenities. I've also seen the hotel change and increase its offerings without increasing it prices.
