Mixed feeling due to inconsistent balance between strong aspects (location, location, location) and inconsistencies (restaurant +/-, service +/-, irritating elevator key, air-conditioning +/-, etc, etc, etc). Strong: lightinings style

We stayed here with my two year old and 9 month old! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! We needed to order pizza from Domino's and the concierge ordered it for us! The breakfast buffet was great! We also took taxis from the hotel and they were great!

On this, my first trip to Mexico City, I had the pleasure to spend 4 nights at the Marriott Reforma. From our initial welcome by Daniel at the Elite desk, to Joel and Juan in the executive lounge (and all the other people behind the scenes), everything was absolutely wonderful. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed comfortable, and the...

Stayed two nights for work and offered everything I needed. I did think it was time consuming for elite status guests to have to check in on the top floor versus the entrance and then have to go back down the elevator to your room. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

We stayed for 4 days during a recent visit to Mexico City. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful during every interaction. Almost everybody we encountered was bilingual. This was a plus considering how bad my Spanish is. The food was delicious and well-presented. The room was spacious with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on....

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a large, spacious lounge on the top floor. My room had a nice view and was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Although, many of the rooms face a wall. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was surprised that the executive lounge charged for beer, wine, and drinks.
