Don't expect the staff to care when your jewelry goes missing. It's better to not bring it at all. Is it more important to value repeat customers or to avoid conflict in finding a guest's stolen property?

I'm very sorry you did not find your neckless, our security manager was involved in the investigation and everything seemed to be normal in you room, I know you also report the lost of money (cash) and then you find it in another part of the room, I'm very sorry you have the impression we don't care of our guest,...

It is smack in the middle of Center and you can't beat the location. You can walk to cathedral, Hop On Bus, multitude of eating places and shopping places. The rooms facing interior are large, but the windows face atrium, and offer no privacy (unless you close the shades). The rooms with outside windows are very small! The BF is...

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Hampton Inn in the historic district. The staff was very helpful. We relied on the concierges for a lot of things and they never let us down. Our room was always clean and well maintained. We did have some shower noise from the room next door. Breakfast was very good with...

Stayed at this hotel prior to travelling onto Los Cabos. Beautiful historic building with very comfortable rooms. We arrived very early here but were able to leave our bags and have breakfast. This was much appreciated after our long flight from London and especially more so as we were not meant to be in our rooms until 4 pm. Thank...

This one of the best Hampton Inns we've stayed at. It is convenient to all of the attractions in the historic center and easy to take a taxi or Uber to things further out. The rooms are a bit small but clean and well maintained, the staff very helpful, and there are two delightful bar/restaurants just off the lobby. Ask...

Spent three nights at this hotel while visiting local attractions, etc. Of particular note was the staff of the hotel. Very professional and helpful. Ivonne, at the front desk, is an absolute gem! Rooms were clean and crisp - nicely appointed. Within easy walking distance of the major square and Aztec temple/museum. Lots of good local eateries close by. Highly...

A gem of a hotel. Perfect for families with kids. Within 5 minutes walk of the Zocalo, 15-20 minutes walk to Palacio de Bellas Artes. Close to Madero which is a lively pedestrian-only street. Numerous casual, fine and street food dining options. Gorgeous hotel with a spacious terrazza, complimentary laundry and dryer (super important), has a gym and office. Not...

We stayed at Hampton Inn in early February 2017. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, in walking distance from the zokalo. The architecture and interior design is quite impressive. The staff is friendly, and our room was rather spacious and clean. Unfortunately, breakfast was a desaster. They always ran out of cups, and when someone...
