Quality experience in every respect, from front desk and concierge through room, restaurant, and bar/lounge, which looks out to an exceptional interior courtyard. Superb location on Paseo Reforma handy to main businesses and Mexico City's great museums.

This hotel continues to be the best in town. Location is fabulous and on Sunday you can actually walk out of the hotel and since they close the streets you can enjoy a stroll unlike anything you've done. Building is beautiful and unlike other hotels that have a more sterile appearance, it is warm and inviting yet contemporary and has...

The hotel rooms were contemporary, spacious and beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and the service top notch. Loved the morning coffee from the in-room Nespresso. The lounge restaurant staff was by-committee very attentive. One oddity I've experienced at Four seasons before, and this was no different... The DO Not Disturb sign means nothing to them. If you are not...

Fantastic. The hotel is nestled between Chapultepec Castle and the main thoroughfare on Reforma ave. The hotel staff maintain the hotel and surrounding area impeccable and cater to every question or concern as if it was their own. Every room provides a fantastic view into the immaculate garden and court yard. The staff of the bar and restaurant were always...

Our stay at the Four Seasons was spectacular. The property is located in a great area that is walking distance to great neighborhoods like Condesa and Roma and is a short cab ride to the popular Polanco neighborhood. The staff was helpful but not overbearing and the concierge gave us great recommendations for breakfast and dinner. The property is absolutely...

The Mexico City Four Season combines the FS recognized service with the Mexican hospitality. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were large and well furnished. Food was exceptional (had both breakfast and dinner). Great place to stay for both business and pleasure.

A classic building with excellent architecture. The rooms are a fair size and immaculately designed with a fusion of modern and classical. The interior courtyard is lovely, however, rooms facing inward may hear noise from the bar. The roof deck and pool is a treat and the gym well designed with all the standard equipment. As always, the staff is...

We arrived with my college very tired 6 am and asked for our rooms to shower and rest a bit. Of course we know hotel policies but typically when they have the rooms available they try to help you . 4 seasons is supposed to be high quality service , but truth is the worst i have encountered . The...

This is an absolute perfect city hotel. Super fast check in. Great service. Fantastic courtyard outside bar. Just a shame that it is not in Europe as I would stay there several times a year! If I ever find myself in Mexico city again I will definitely be staying here. Top top marks.
