First visit to Mexico City. Loved the city and the hotel. Beautiful hotel, staff is so professional and helpful. All speak English. Free bottled water daily in your room. Beautiful courtyard, pool, hottub. Good location, felt very safe. You can walk to the giant park nearby. Definitely stay here again on my next trip to mexico city.

I was here for a business conference and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommended for business travelers as well as those seeking a beautiful quiet hotel in the middle of this amazing city. As for a room on a high floor and for a view of the courtyard.

Gorgeous property, expectations were high and not only met but exceeded. Service is impeccable and the location prime. Amazing and unique hand craft cocktails in the bar and the seafood restaurant is exquisite. Missed world famous brunch but there will be a next time!

Don't know where to begin. Frequent traveller. Will keep it short and sweet. Room was not stocked with amenities, staff does not pay attention, selective hearing. Coffee shop gets orders wrong. Menu translation from Spanish to English erroneous translation showing meat dishes as vegetarian. Bar got the drink order wrong not 1 but 3 times. Rooms not stocked with Tea...

Very good location on the Reforma Av, close to most of the touristic attractions. Excellent rooms, well designed and functional, relaxing swimming pool area, although difficult to reach, very good restaurants, nice atmosphere, fantastic staff.

I only got to spend one night here with a good rate I got from Expedia (otherwise a bit too rich for my blood) and it was awesome. A true five star hotel with very friendly (but not too stiff or formal) staff, spacious rooms and a gorgeous hotel. I loved the courtyard with its lovely landscaping and the elegant...

This was my sixth stay at the Four Seasons in Mexico City. It's simply the best location, experience, and hospitality available I've had in D.F., and one of the best anywhere in the world. The neighborhood is great for walking during the day or an evening stroll. And, the hotel has a nice bar with inside and outside seating. A+...

I have had the luxury of spending 5 blissful nights at the Four Seasons Mexico City while doing a client meeting. The staff, service, hotel grounds, food, ambience can't be beat! We were able to walk to the Anthropology Museum as well as to Contramar-- excellent seafood restaurant. I don't find Mexico City "unsafe" or "scary" in the least... Four...

This was a great hotel. As a rule Four Seasons doesn't offer the perks (points, memberships) that many others do, so I don't think I would stay here long term. We stayed for a week, which was nice. Great staff!
