Good location and friendly service, the hotel itself it is very outdated. Another positive is a Starbucks coffee right next to the lobby. It felt safe all the times, the view of the room was very cool too.

A three night stay at the Sheraton Maria Isabel. The staff were definitely the highlight of this place - really friendly and welcoming, from the airport car (very efficient) through to the bar staff and concierge. The room was adequate but certainly dated, particularly the worn taps and crumbling tiling in the bathroom. The wifi worked reasonably well for me,...

We've been coming here for 15+ years... This hotel is over due for a re vamp. The staff are polite but that's all. It's overpriced, internet slow & way too expensive. No view from room. Tiny bathroom-odd lay out!? Rooms not the cleanest .. I stay here as my company's pays the bill... At least it's safe as it's next...

We picked this place because we thought it was safe - next to Reforma, the US Embasy, and Zona Rosa. In hindsight, safety really shouldn't have been a deciding factor - all the areas we ended up in and thought about staying in were safe. If I were to go back I'd stay in Polanco or Condessa. As for the...

Business trip took me to Mexico, DF. While this may be the "oldest" of the "big box" hotels, the Sheraton Maria Isabel has been kept up to date, serves well, nice rooms, clean, good service. The in-hotel restaurants are "good"...the Manhatten serves a very nice breakfast, enough options, a good evening meal. The attitude of all the staff is cheerful...
