HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

For our first visit to Mexico City, for five nights in January, we chose the Hyatt based on positive reviews, and were not disappointed. The location is perfect - we felt completely comfortable walking in the Polanco area throughout the day and evening, and were able to walk to the Museum of Anthropology and other attractions nearby in Chapultepec Park,...

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in Polanca. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and rather large. And the hotel staff is very courteous. I stay there regularly when I travel to Mexico City for business.

Excellent hotel. Clean & quiet rooms. Helpful & courteous staff. Restaurant food & room service was reasonably priced and delicious. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mexico City. Also, the area around the hotel is safe and has many great restaurants.

I last stayed here 6-7 years ago when it was the Nikko. The hotel feels much the same under the Hyatt brand - still quite lovely. It is located in a great, safe area of Mexico City (Polanco). The hotel lobby is large and airy, with lots of seating, some small shops, and a great little café. The hotel has...

It sites in Polanco one of the nicest districts in Mexico. The rooms are modern with a good view on the park. You are near many museums and espacially the museo the Antropoligia which is worth seeing. The service is correct and the breakfast is complete and fairly expensive. It is a good business hotel.
