Araceli and her team are amazing and supportive. Great trainers and equipment. Beautiful pool for weekends and during the week to extend and train. The facilities are good and the restaurant is full of good vibes.

Paid $1,000 for 2 nights. Saw ratings and was expecting a decent hotel. We got to the desk and didn't upgrade for additional price, as we had just a short stay. That was obviously a mistake. Was put on first floor of rooms. Smelled like cigarette smoke with febreeze to cover up. Room was clean, but leaky toilet. Were gone...

Dear Angela, Thank you for sharing your comments with the trip advisor community. I regret to read that your experience with us was a disappointment. I asked my team to research your reservation, and identify what happened. What they found was a reservation for 2 nights at a rate of U$D 239 + tax. If you were charged anything further...

From the one bathrobe for 2 hotel guests - I guess they expected us to share to the housekeeper deciding that the toothbrush shouldn't be in the toothbrush holder anymore but on the basin down with the brush touching the basin instead - this hotel is definitely not 4 star quality. That said it is well located and relatively well...

Dear Sheila, Thank you for sharing your comments with the Trip Advisor community. I regret read that we did not prepare the room properly prior to your arrival. It was certainly a misstep and we are already looking into correcting it for the future. Also, although mistakes do happen, please rest assured that cleanliness is taken with the upmost seriousness....

Without question, the Hyatt Regency is among the best hotels in Mexico City. The rooms are well appointed, food and beverages are excellent, and the staff really cares about your experience. Stay in the Regency Club if you can. Location is great as well, close to the Reforma, Chapultepec Park, Auditorio and in the heart of the best dining and...

I was skeptical about such a large hotel, but everything was first rate. Very easy check in, even able to check in early on-line. We stayed on the executive floor and the breakfast that was included was outstanding. Wonderful buffet with an extensive selection each morning, beautiful view of the city, and very accommodating staff. Very comfortable and clean room...

Old fashion rooms and small bed for businees men. Poor service at registration; nobody can solve your problem. The Hotel is well located but average versus other. They need to improve to be Hyatt and be luxury. I will not return

Dear Gonzalo, Thank you for sharing your comments with the Trip Advisor community. I regret to see that we were not able to grant you a KING bed upon registration. Unfortunately, your reservation was booked for a TWIN room, and the hotel was sold out the day of your arrival. As I’m certain you can understand, we cannot take away...

Rooms are nice and spacious, breakfast varied and good, staff is super friendly: the only downside is the bad soundproofness of the rooms; whether it's the neighbours or guests coming back from a night in the city on the hallways: it's like the party is in your room. Just a bit too much...
