I tend to qualify the hotels I stay in for business trips as "seamless" or "need work". This one has seamless service, that is, everything just works to make your life easier during a business trip. If you need a shirt ironed because you have an early meeting and you arrived late at night to see your shirt absolutely unwearable,...

I do not even remember how many times I stayed here, but each time I feel special. Everyone you interact with is service oriented. The rooms are awesome, with great beds and bathroom. Everything works flawlessly. If you have a room with a view, it is great to see Chapultepec and the city. The location offers so many options for...

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Food was excellent and fitness center is well equipped and spacious. Rooms are large but a little pricey. Also the up charge for the concierge lounge was too high priced to accept.

My wife and I spent a week on vacation in Mexico City. The Hyatt Regency Polanco is an outstanding hotel. Ideal location on the northwest tip of Chapultepec park. Walking distance to the notable Museum of Anthropology. Also walking distance to the Polanco restaurant and night club district. This neighborhood is full of beautiful Spanish colonial style mansions and modern...

I spent a week in Mexico City on business and stayed at the Hyatt. The rooms are great and I had an awesome view of the city. The gym is one of the best I have encountered in a hotel and the food was brilliant.

I was there for two days for a business trip. The hotel is located in a very nice area of the city. It is very close to a beautiful park ideal for jogging in the morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good gym. Good buffet breakfast and room service.

Great hotel, close to shopping, tourist attractions, and great restaurants. The only issue I had with this hotel is the food was pricey - 3 breakfasts, 2 desserts, 2 lunches cost well over $300 American dollars for 2 people - very pricey. Your best bet is to eat at the local restaurants to avoid spending a lot of money on...
