Located in popular polanco area, the previous nikko hotel has been modernized with a warmer and more friendly lobby and very comfortable clean rooms. The service was excellent as was the food. I wish there was a convenience store however. The room lighting has tricky computerized controls but not that hard. A nice alternative to the st Regis and the...

Great hotel, bit unpersonnal but great design. Great service, bar at lobby very well set up, great services. Business floors are fully great. Gym is spectacular with tennis courts and in door swimming pool (24h open!!) rooms well isolated and very well located, walking distance from reference places.

Hotel overall is nice and has good service but some rooms could use an upgrade. Lobby can be noisy especially if you are seating at the bar and lounge area. Only complaint is that elevators can be slow to come and then the doors close in a rush.
