First impression was positive, good location off of the Zocalo square, elegant entrance and courtyard, close to everything, but thats where it ended. the reality of the infrastructure was, it was hard to get hot water for a shower our sink clogged up washing our face, very old building . we were on the second floor over looking the square...

The view from my 6th floor room overlooked the zocalo and the cathedral. Every morning the military raised the flag at 6am, so keep your window closed if you are not an early riser. The rooms are clean and bug free, however there is no heat or A/C! The cleaning staff, the bellhop and restaurant staff were amazing. The front...

The hotel is just located in the central plaza (Zocalo) in a walking distance to many tourist atractions: metropolitian cathedral, national Palace, Temple Mayor, Bellas Artes theatre and many others. There are also so many stores, coffe shops, restaurants , bars and etc near by. metro station is 4 minutes walk away. even the hotel is on a walk only...

This hotel was a mix for me. The Best Western Majestic has a great location by the Cathedral and shopping street and very convenient, The convenience also made it continually noisy. The hotel is beautifully decorated but not the cleanest place. Amenities listed include; housekeeping (yet we needed to ask twice for them to come) an elevator (that worked about...

Spent two nights here, at the beginning and end of our trip. People were very friendly. A nice, inexpensive restaurant on the seventh floor, with a patio overlooking the Presidential Palace. Very pretty at night. Rooms are a bit older, but have a lot of character and the hotel is well located. Much better than a chain hotel. It's on...

The hotel are quite big with a lot of traditional spanish style decoration. It located at the main shopping street (best location!) and I feel safe to stay at this hotel even I was solo traveler as there were tourists and police just right outside the hotel.  Not a fancy hotel, just a simple room but you can get a...

I will be staying in this hotel for the 3rd time next week. Whenever I love a place so much I tend to come back, done it with other different cities. This hotel could be basic but the price is reasonable! The experience of something new makes it even greater. *recommendations- The beds should be updated.

The streets and roads are always busy and lot of restaurants nearby, ranging from VIPS, KFC, McDonald's to try with standard options with hygiene. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was very good with many options and varieties. The room is neat and...
