I stayed here a week for business. The standard room is of decent size, with a comfortable bed and a shower without a curtain. A walk-in shower is such a good thing! The staff was very professional and knowledgable. The breakfast area could do with being a bit more spacious. Quality and choice of the breakfast was very good.

Highly recommended for those looking to stay in a safe central location in Mexico City. The boarding point for Turibus was just a stone's throw away from the hotel, and F&B options are aplenty just steps away. Plus uber is Super convenient to go everywhere.

The hotel is beautiful. 5 restaurants, large bar/lounge area and the rooms were very modern and clean. The desk staff and bellmen were excellent and professional. Now for the negatives: the lounge/ bar waiters were always chatting and seemed to occasionally break to check on you, the airline ticket print center was inoperative, and the shower water temperature fluctuated wildly...

The facility and grounds were remarkably clean. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful -very quick with responding to my needs. The hotel dining experience for breakfast and dinner was the best I have experienced internationally. I would definitely stay here again whether traveling on business or pleasure!

Good upscale hotel in nice area of the city, Polanco. Walk to restaurants, local shops, museums, etc. Rooms are nice with great views of the city. Restaurants are fine and there are others are close to hotel. Health club is good and they also have a spa. Larger hotel so conventions hosted here also. Nice staff and would return!

Rooms small, but comfortable with good beds. TV with cable and some channels in English for those of us who don't speak Spanish fluently. The food in the restaurants was excellent and there were several other places within walking distance. The service in the entire facility was first class. Highly recommend.

Definitely more of a business hotel, but we used it to redeem some award nights as a getaway from El Paso for a long weekend. Great location and staff, and the rooms were great! Very clean with a huge shower even in the basic room! Also great restaurants within a block or two, like KCBBQ or Quesadilla Maria. Highly recommend!
