I stayed recently at the ICP for a trade show/conference and was interested to hear they were under construction on a portion of their middle floors. I requested a King room with executive floor and was given two double beds which told me that they were overbooked on the current king room and this was not made known to me...

Overpriced in general. I got to the hotel tired for the trip at noon and no rooms were available, I had to wait 1.5 hours in the lobby to get a room. The room rate does not include anything and all the services and restaurants in the hotel have very expensive prices.
