We come here with our toddler and from cribs to hot chocolate emergencies everyone is more than glad to help. Kids are treated like royalty. We chose the upgrade for our...

The lobby is beautiful, and clearly where a lot of money from the hotel goes. However, the rooms do not reflect the rest of the hotel. The carpet and entire room needs to be redone, and where the carpets meet walls and corners there are holes. If you want to get any sleep in Mexico City, maybe you should stay...

Regret that their executive lounge is sometime too crowded despite a very high fare to invite someone. Good quality of food in the different restaurants (hoping that the Chimenea will reopen soon) a bit too expensive at the Alberto

Stayed here on a business trip, and didn't have much time to check out the area around the hotel - but my room did have a spectacular view out over the Auditorio Nacional and Campo Marte. My family and I recently stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holiday for 4 nights. The location was excellent, beautiful views from our rooms with the park right outside the door. Perfectly good business hotel. It's in a good location and offers all the things you would expect from a business hotel.
