Had a 6 day visit in Mexico City and stayed here. Location is excellent and staff are very friendly, helpful and obliging. Hotel car collected us from Airport ,didn't even have to carry the luggage! It's an aging hotel, but clean and comfortable, the included breakfast package has a great menu to suit everyone and the food is great. My...

Check in process was fast and friendly. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with directions to find shops and restaurants. The man was very helpful pointing out all the rooms details. The rooms are huge, like a small flat or apt. The balcony was an unexpected pleasure. Restaurant is small but the food was great. Room was...

We had a 1 bedroom suite on the 4th floor. The suites are huge, essentially what we had was a 1 bedroom luxury apartment. On first inspection, the apartments are starting to show their age, however they are absolutely clean. The feel we got was of a hacienda style accommodation with a lot of dark wood fittings, the rooms are...

When we walked into our room... we just couldn't get over how large it was. Over 1,100 square feet... living room, office, dining area, kitchen, and a large bedroom/bath. The style is rustic, and some of the furniture is well loved, but it was squeaky clean. Our reservation included breakfast, which we only used once, but it was a made...

The location, just a few blocks from the famous angel on beautiful Reforma was great. The front desk girls were each helpful and so pleasant. The room, not just a suite, but a full and large 1 bedroom apartment was a nice surprise. They even include a cooked to order breakfast in their restaurant. First class service and room. And...

I stayed at this suites and I the only complaint I have is that the wifi is very slow and goes in and out. But everything else was just perfect. Free breakfast everyday. The suits are huge and had everything you need. I went there with a friend and they treated us like kings. They even picked us and dropped...

I stayed here with my family and it was a big suite - almost shockingly big. There's a small room with a couch that you can ask them to change the couch and put a mattress. That's where my brother slept. Service was great. The only bad thing I can say is that I didn't feel comfortable with them making...

I loved this place! Booked online and the rooms looked big. When we arrived, we were shocked...the rooms were HUGE! A proper suite with a master bedroom, separate guest quarters, a kitchen, living and dining room. We had a great view overlooking the street. Like many others have said, the street is home to many late night gay clubs. People...
