Great for business and family, excellent location, and good cost/ benefit. The service personal are willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. No doubts I'll be back soon. Close to many historical monuments.

location is great, directly on paseo de la Reforma. close to the mall, American chain restaurants, oxxo right next to the hotel. alameda park and metro within walking distance. Check out the neighborhood, there are good Restaurants, Cafés and streetfood, too. the rooms are not luxurious, but there was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. we even had...

I was so impressed by staff and facility that it will remain my place to stay in Mexico City as long as they will have me as a guest! It shows it age in some modern amenities like fixtures and plugs. However, the beauty of the lobby and the rooms reminded me of the best 70s era luxury hotels when...

We have stayed here twice because of the location, but never again. The structure of the hotel carries loud sounds up from the bands playing in the event rooms. Plus they seem to cater to student gro u ps and teenagers party all night making sleep impossible. The first time we thought it was just bad timing that we were...

Stayed there recently for business and was hopefully because the hotel honestly has great "bones". It truly has beautiful, grand architecture - in a central location- which makes it so tragic that inside it is sort of a disaster. My room was enormous w nice views, HOWEVER, sheets were over bleached to the point my skin got rashes, the carpet...

Classic and elegant hotel, great service and spacious and comfort rooms. Good to come for business and to bring family too. The best location to get to the heart to Mexico City, transportation and even walking you could get to city sights.

I noticed that they constantly have good offers for all accommodations. Once I experienced their services I realized that we got ourselves a very deal price in comparison of what we received. Big room, King bed (not that comfy but it was OK), really good WiFi connection and their taste in meals was surprisingly good.

The rooms are big and clean, and the elegant style of the hotel makes it attractive. However, I found it quite expensive considering that we had to pay for a bunch of other services: parking, breakfast (the buffet was appalling, coffee horrible and the food was cold), etc. Rooms can be a little noisy depending on which side of the...

Aside from the location aspect of the hotel which is very convenient if you are doing business in the city, dinner at Gaudi, the Spanish restaurant is also fine, especially the Cordero. But the most relaxing experience while staying in your hotel is not because of the amenities but by the music rendered by your balladeer every Thursday and Friday,...

The location is very good, the hotel is in a safety place and the hotel staff works good. The carpet and the room is a little old but in generally the room is good. The construction is vety nice. The park service was good too. In the first rooms the noise is hard than the last floors.
