The hotel has a beautiful lobby with nice period details. However, the room was not at par with how the beautiful and inviting the lobby looked. The room with 2 beds was small and not very clean. There were dust and peeling pain on the baseboard. Also, we arrived early in the morning from a red eye flight and we...

On behalf of all Geneve colaborators let me thank you for your review; I sincerely regret that you won't stay with us in the future, however, let me just give you, first an apologie for the rudness of our security staff, I already had a meeting with all our security staff to indicate them the proper way to approach our...

We recently stayed at this amazing hotel for a week when we traveled to Mexico City. From the very beginning we felt like we were royalty! The entire staff treated us like we were the most important people staying there and as we looked around they also treated everyone else with the same respect and extreme kindness. We always felt...

I was attracted to the hotel because of the location. It is quite convenient, near a lot of shopping, restaurants and close to the metro station. I also thought it would be great to stay in a historic hotel. The hotel lobby is very beautiful, but the rooms are very outdated. I was disappointed by the granny quilts and dirty...

We stayed at this historic hotel for 5 days and it was great! The rooms were nice and roomy and the beds perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I know I had read on the reviews that some rooms were noisy from the street below, but we heard nothing. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurants, instead chose to...

My husband & I stayed here during a six-day business/personal trip to Mexico City. It is located in the Zona Rosa, a fun neighborhood. The hotel itself is over one-hundred years old. The lobby is fabulous, filled with antiques and articles from the hotel's history. Attached to the lobby are a pleasant garden and a decent restaurant. Our room was...

We were lucky to have chosen this fascinating (built in 1908) hotel for a brief stay in Mexico City. I agree with reviewers who suggest seeing the room options before committing to one. Some are very small and/or in noisy locations, and it took us three tries to find one quiet and spacious enough to feel comfortable in. However, we...
