I confirmed my Gillow Hotel reservation (double room with bath, Jan. 14-23, 2015) on the phone with Lourdes BUT I can't get them to send a confirmation email. Since we're in our 70s and not arriving until 22:00 I am worried. How did you get them to confirm? Also I would like room 515 or one of the newly renovated rooms but I cannot get the Gillow hotel to take my credit card to guarantee the reservation or to confirm. ANY TIPS? Leslie
