This is a very well located hotel, nearby the most important downtown sightseeings. Spacious and very clean rooms, old fashioned but well equipped, nice breakfast and warm service are the key elements. The wifi is pretty strong, suitable for business purposes too. A nice gym plus a good restaurant are also available

Everyone was very helpful and attentive from the time we arrived until the we departed. My wife needed special attention because she is partially handicapped and all accommodation was provided to make her moving around easy. The Executive level and the Club Room was outstanding.

Hotel facilities are among the best I've stayed in Mexico City. Rooms are extremely clean and wooded floors give them a classy touch. Location is great on the heart of Reforma. Staff is super friendly and I would definitely stay again on my next visit.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. Rooms were amazing. I love the wooden look flooring. The restaurant "El Cardenal" I believe the name was not only was good but the price was cheap. I was actually was pleasantly surprised.

This is a great hotel the location is wonderful, the park right across the street, is beautiful, getting around via Uber is so easy. The rooms are nice clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom has decent counter space. The only issue was like most bathrooms the lighting is average when trying to put on makeup. This hotel is located in heart of the city. Right across the street from Alameda central. And a short walk to Zocalo and other sites. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Bartenders and drinks good. Helped organize private tour of pyramids which was best way for us to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here - such a central location right in the middle of the action. The hotel was really top notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Received free breakfast buffet each morning at Dones (due to our Gold status) and loved it. Beautiful view of the park and city from our room.

We traveled to Mexico City for the Raiders NFL game in November. I was unsure about the location of the hotel, I wanted to stay near the "Historic District" but also have easy access to the park with the Archeology Museum and Historical Museums. Stayed here because it was close to the Zocalo and the main tourist sights, and this was a great decision. The walk to the Zocalo took just 20 minutes and along the way there were plenty of other top tourist sites to visit. Also the subway was just a block away and we used it heavily. Good restaurants were in... More

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
