This hotel is located in the middle of a very touristic area, all within walking distance, shopping and good restaurants are enough. Rooms are well equipped, with wide windows allow great views of the city. Very easy to get UBER service.

My friends and I traveled to Mexico City in June and stayed at Hilton Reforma. First, the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful to out of towners stumbling their way through broken Spanish. This was so reassuring. The hotel is in a great location! Walking distance from Bella Artes and Zócalo.

I've never stayed at a hotel with such poor service! The infrastructure is good (i.e. good rooms and amenities), and the location is good (i.e. near touristic center), but all of this is irrelevant when you factor in the quality of the service. Let me give some examples: (i) My wife and I arrived at the hotel and decided to...

It is a shame.. this hotel has great potential but I guess the administration don't want to spend any money. Great location, the rooms are good size and the general areas are ok. But the rooms itself are in terribly bad shape. The furniture is old and mistreated, dirty anywhere you look, specially the bathroom, you can see accumulation of...

This is my third stay at the Hilton Reforma and I couldn't be happier. Holding status with Hilton at this property is a HUGE boon. I've never been treated this well at any property as a Gold. Received 2 upgrades to Exec floor out of three stays. Even my non-upgraded stay, I was given lounge access. Even with full access...

Amazing breakfast at EL Cardenal restaurant located at the lobby, but do not stay there, the rooms look old, the furniture is rusted. You will feel the room is dirty and will have a hard time sleeping.

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
