Good location in the business district, near the Reforma. Rooms are small but have everything-multiple charge points, lots of good quality towels, bed ok, fast wifi, good shower but no bath. Breakfast is buffet style and excellent with continually refreshed choices, always hot and changed frequently. The staff are really helpful and speak in Spanish or English depending on your...

I had a wonderful time at Galeria Plaza. The staff was warm polite and helpful. The room nice and clean. The service was excellent. The pool was perfect after a hot day of touring. The location was perfect. The buffet was abundant and a lot of variety. The service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

Not exactly inexpensive, but within what my company would pay for a venue in central city. Room was nicely appointed with many amenities. The reservation was for a room with access to the club lounge on the 11th floor. Snacks and drinks included. In my case it obviates the need for dinner out. Similarly, breakfast was also included. Buffet, but...

The location is great. Very close to the Angel. 20 min walking distance to Chapultepec, La Condesa, and Roma. Clean rooms, nice amenities, friendly staff, and more than affordable room service. Had reliable free wifi the entire trip. Stayed on the 2nd floor. Quiet. Didn't check out the pool so can't comment on it. Tip: Much cheaper to use Uber...

This stay was booked on Expedia and I was expecting such a luxurious hotel, especially for the price. The only odd thing that occurred was the front desk not being aware of the hours for the currency exchange service. I inquired on a Sunday morning, was told I couldn't exchange money because it was Sunday but the office located just...

Awesome location and AMAZING Concierge. I booked a last minute solo trip and they were amazing at helping me plan each day based on logistics, timing, price, interest. Best Concierge I've ever experienced. The only downside is the hotel's website. It is dated and offers very little customer value. I simply wanted too better understand what sort of activities I...

This hotel was exactly what I needed, a base from which to explore the city. Everything an American tourists expects and more for a great price. One note I do like to make is I wish the internet had a password. This would make me feel a bit safer.

Thank you dear guest for your kind review! Regarding the internet, we just changed our internet supplier a couple of weeks ago. As the final set up is yet to be completed, the internet will remain open just for a few more days. To enhance our guests' on-line security, the new connections will be password protected, encrypted and much faster...

The room itself is traditional, kept up nice and clean. The location is great in the heart of the city, only a block away from the center where you'll find the Angel of Independence and steps away from many restaurants and stores. The hotel lobby is ok and staff were not that friendly or accommodating but overall, I still recommend...
