I would like to recommend this hotel because everybody in the staff team is very kind and the quality of the service is outstanding. When I am in Mexico City, Th Westin Santa Fe is my home away from home.

Clean and efficient. They work hard to keep it going. Not spectacular but good. Service is quick and courteous. I got locked out of my room and the staff arrived to get back in after an appropriate Security check. View was good.

I stayed for 10 days in December 2016 in this hotel. At the beginning I wasn't sure it was the best option for me and my family, but it was. I was traveling with my 2 year old and they were very friendly. The rooms are big and quiet, I do have to say they are a bit too dark....

I would like to give a special recognition to the personnel of the restaurant as they are very courteous, efficient and attentive. I normally conduct business breakfasts there and have always been extremely satisfied with the service.

I enjoyed this hotel. Very nice rooms and I like that its walking distance to a mall with some really good restaurants. This is nice when you have multiple nights and don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant each night.

The hotel is perfect for a business traveller. It might be equally good for other purposes but I didn't use any facilities or amenities, so can't judge. The room was large, the service was very good and breakfast was perfect. Good choice nicely presented.

Very convenient location, close to the main hotels and offices in Santa Fe, although it is far from the city center and Polanco area. Extraordinary breakfast, great service and reasonably priced for what offers.

Visited here on a business trip to Mexico City. Traffic in the city means it's a considerable distance from the centre, and I wouldn't stay here as a tourist. However, it's in a safe area. Friendly and helpful staff, a good range of food for breakfast and a nice menu in the restaurant. Not particularly Mexican menu.
