We had to find overnight accommodation when aeromexico changed our flight time after we had already booked our onwards flight. This was an excellent solution. The hotel is immaculate, the beds very comfotable, staff are friendly and helpful, and the deal we found was excellent value. As others have mentioned it is about a 15 minute taxi ride from the...

Aeromexico put us up for the night after missed connection to Vancouver. In a very busy area near airport. Not a nice place to hang out at night. Daytime is ok. There's a Walmart and a mall across the road. Food stalls right across too. Interstitial and tempting but we didn't try the food there. The hotel food is ok....

I stayed just one night for a flight delay, the Hotel is located very near to the airport and they have a convenient shuttle that out every hour even over night. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The only thing that I do not like was the attitude of the front desk guy that night he was so busy...

The hotel was nice but the neighborhood wasn't nice, we thought it would be much closer to the airport, it actually is but the traffic makes it feel like it is far away. It wasn't what I expected it to be because the pictures show a much nicer reality. Pros: The staff was nice and friendly. The Best was the...

Very nice hotel. It's in a somewhat sketchy part of town... Then again it's Mexico city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only problem was that the key card continuously stopped working(which could have been my fault) nice hotel would stay again

Pick this hotel because of early morning flight. It takes about 15 minutes in the morning by free shuttle to terminal 1. The facilities meets US standard, and staff speaks English. The area is not a tourist area, with supermarket, street vendor, walmart center as well as a Chinese buffet cross the street. You need to take the rapid bus...

Krystal Urban is a very good hotel. It appears that it's out of place where it's located. There are no other restaurants in the surrounding area, only the one in the hotel. The facility is very clean. Staff was excellent; very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The only negative about the room...

Good hotel for the price. There is a mall in walking distance. Uber is the best and safest way to get around. The traffic is loud and at least on weekends 24/7. But im sure u will be doing alot of walking depending what you do. You will be so tired it will not matter. Staff is very friendly and...

“You close the curtains at night but they never completely close in any hotel. Just enough of a crack to let through too much light sometimes. Take a hangar out of the closet. The one that you use for hanging slacks. Use the clips on the hanger to close both curtains together leaving no room for light to come though. (airline crew trick)”
