It was a really nice surprise to stay at this Hotel. The room decoration is beautiful and modern, with everything you could need including a nice bathrobe and slippers. But what I liked the most was the amazing view of Santa Fe, that let you enjoy of a great sunrise. A good selection of fruits, yogurt, eggs and juice was...

I spent two nights here after deciding to go for the cheaper rates in Santa Fe instead of staying directly in Mexico City. That probably wasn't a good idea due to traffic and the cost of taxis but that isn't the hotel's fault. The InterContinental Presidente Santa Fe is very tall but pretty small with only around 9 rooms per...

Beautiful room with great view of the city and surrounding mountains, delicious breakfast, and outstanding service all made for a great two night stay while we were in town for a wedding. Make sure the blackout curtains are working if you don't want to enjoy the view early in the morning, though!

My room was on the 45th floor with spectacular views. It was very clean and the hotel staff were lovely. I felt very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. My only concern was that the water left in the room was rather expensive. It is a lovely hotel in a lovely, safe area of Mexico city.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. Wonderful hotel with amazing views from the higher floors. Best gym I have ever seen in a hotel - very well equipped. Breakfast area i a bit crowded and busy but a good selection of food.

This is a pretty plush hotel. My room had soaring high ceilings. My guess is 12-feet plus. My room was on the 35th floor so I enjoyed some stunning views. The furnishings in the room were nice and my bed was comfortable. The shower is something to behold. It’s big enough for three people and the water pressure is perfect...

The view across the valley is great, but the windows are single glazed and due to the neverending construction in Santa Fe it's very noisy. At night, the helicopters kept us up. The staff are lovely though and made up for some of the lost sleep.
