It will be hard to find a better place in D.F. than Distrito Condesa. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Each member was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made great recommendations and all speak perfect Spanish and English. The rooms are big and bright, and the bed especially comfortable. The free breakfast is delicious—there are foods for...

Checking in was easy although when you leave the hotel and come back late at night, you have to ring the bell in order for someone to let you in. I would have liked to have had some sort of key card or another easier way to access getting back in. When you first arrive, there is no sign that...

I have stayed at this charming place a number of time; I actually can't imagine staying anywhere else in Mexico City. The rooms are clean and charming, and the neighbourhood is terrific - but you'll find that at a lot of other places, too. What makes Distrito Condesa (and the other properties by the same owner) so special is the...

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The location is great because there are many restaurants, bars, parks, museums and things to do just in a walking distance and also the neighborhood...

We have stayed at many guesthouses throughout Mexico and Mexico City and Distrito was our greatest disappointment. We had to ask for the bathroom and little private terrace to be cleaned upon arrival and requested a lock for the terrace door. To their credit they responded immediately. But the staff and guesthouse lack a certain hospitality and aesthetic that we...

The location was great because there are tons of restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is very nice. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The price was...

From now on, I will not want to stay at another place if it is not at Distrito Condesa. The decoration of the premises, rooms and its location makes it the perfect spot to get a taste of the modern yet culturally attractive Mexico City. Staff is super friendly and helpful, not to even mention how pretty is the lady...

“The room with the kitchen was amazing!”

“We stayed in two rooms. The first room smelled very bad and was small. It was close to the kitchen, so noisy early in the morning when breakfast was being prepared. It did not have street noise. The second room was not noisy but the toilet leaked and the faucet dripped. There were no updated amenities at all. Neither room was particularly clean. Tiles were broken in the bathroom (along with the toilet), the bathtub was very dirty and stained. There were no comfortable common rooms or places to go. The location is very good and the staff lovely, but the hotel itself was below standard. I was bitten very badly by a spider while sleeping. This did not particularly affect this review, however. I would rate this hotel as the worst I've stayed in, even for the reasonable price.”

“Ask what rooms they have available and how they are situated and that can help you decide if you want one on the street or in the main part of the building or tucked away.”
