My friend and I stayed at Distrito Condesa as our first (2) choices were unavailable. It was the first time to D.F. for both of us. The B&B is in the residential Condesa area. Our first room C3 was great, upstairs with lots of light through the window that opened into an indoor courtyard with a skylight. The problems started...

I stayed at Distrito Condesa several times and is nice that the quality service still very good. I love the breakfast, simple delicious. The room we stayed this time is C4, with a king bed and private bathroom and very quiet. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I'll come back again!!!

We have now stayed at Distrito Condesa B&B twice. The staff, Carlos and Rebecca, are very kind and attentive, not to mention fluent in English. This time we asked Carlos if we could rent EcoBicis, not easy to do if you are not a resident of DF. He did some research, called a few people and figured out how we...

I stayed at Distrito Condesa and it was lovely. Between the kind and friendly staff and the clean and confy rooms, the experience in this place is paceful. The street is quiet and it's close to everything at walking distance. Definetly I'm coming back here soon.

Stayed here for three nights the end of January. The hotel staff are very nice and the place is clean. The breakfast was nice and the beakfast room was cheerful. My major complaint is that our room and our friends room had either extremely hot water or very cold water in the shower and bathroom sink. One female staff member...

I would not recommend this hotel because the rooms are shabby, the bathrooms are inadequate and the hotel rooms are not particularly sanitary. The bed and breakfast has no comfortable common rooms at all. The staff is very good, accommodating and informed.

I stayed here at Distrito Condesa of and on over the course of 5 months when travelling to Mexico for work. I picked this lovely BnB in the hopes that I'd be able to get to know a different part of Mexico City. I purposely didn't want to have the main-stream touristic setting and figured this was an area less...

An excellent option to stay in Mexico City. It is a nice, arty neighborhood, close to most of the tourist areas, well connected and yet very calm. The hotel is comfortable, clean and the service is good.

We loved Distrito Condesa. The customer service is outstanding: friendly, helpful, lots of great recommendations, fantastic English, and flexible, eg making us vegetarian breakfasts. The place feels secure, and the bedrooms are bright and comfortable and attractive (some nicer than others, but the 2 we stayed in were good). The location is pretty good, other than not being near a...

This place is excellent value for money because of the great service, high safety, cheap room rate and excellent location in condesa! There are some negatives - the bed was too soft for me and am glad I was there only for three nights; it wasnt sound proof but by night time it was quiet; in my bathroom there was...

“The room with the kitchen was amazing!”

“We stayed in two rooms. The first room smelled very bad and was small. It was close to the kitchen, so noisy early in the morning when breakfast was being prepared. It did not have street noise. The second room was not noisy but the toilet leaked and the faucet dripped. There were no updated amenities at all. Neither room was particularly clean. Tiles were broken in the bathroom (along with the toilet), the bathtub was very dirty and stained. There were no comfortable common rooms or places to go. The location is very good and the staff lovely, but the hotel itself was below standard. I was bitten very badly by a spider while sleeping. This did not particularly affect this review, however. I would rate this hotel as the worst I've stayed in, even for the reasonable price.”

“Ask what rooms they have available and how they are situated and that can help you decide if you want one on the street or in the main part of the building or tucked away.”
