This hotel is good for simple business trips when I'm traveling alone, I would not bring my boss there. But it's a good, economical option and a pretty good location. Breakfast is not included and is served in a cafeteria with both international and local breakfast options.

Not bad at all, and nothing much fancy about it. I have been there for 2 nights only. Service was quite OK. Food (room service) not so OK. Location is good, close to some attractions. Good for businessmen. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast had many different options, almost like a brunch however it's not like you would prefer for...

Stayed 1st 3 nights of my visit to Mexico City. It was very easy to arrange pick ups to take us to explore the city. Service was excellent and lots of shops and good walking distance :) located close to the airport. Beds were comfortable. Always felt safe.

The Location. This is not a family hotel. Why? Right on the doorstep are hundreds of 'ladies of the night' and there is nothing discreet about it. They are wearing the most insane strip club clothing I have ever seen. This is OK but late at night you tend to see the sort of character you want to avoid walking...

The hotel is great and the staff even more. They're nice and they always help you when you need. I do want to get back there really soon. Addictionally, the bedroom is great, everything is clean, the food is delicious and the localization is nice as well.

The power didn't work in my room. The staff didn't care and couldn't change rooms because they were at capacity. I'm not a fussy traveller, I travel a lot for work and pleasure. This is the first time I have ever needed to switch hotels. I recommend: steer clear!

This hotel chain is pretty basic with rooms that are designed to be easy to clean for a quickturn around rather than designed with any comfort in mind, as such they have hard floors and terrible acoustics. It is not the quietest of hotels. Breakfasat is supposed to start at 0600 but no coffee was available until 0615 as they...

We chose this as we saw that it did not have carpet but rather wood panel floor. No walking on stains that you do not know if they are just discolouring or simply dirty carpet. Services were excellent, very helpful and efficient. Internet and printing boarding cards is for free

Maybe it's not the best location inside the city. But the hotel is really good. Service, food and rooms are really good for the price. I saw also the meeting rooms and was perfect for events. The staff help us with our needs there. Highly recommended

Fantastic service. Very polite and helpful. As I did not speak Spanish it was difficult to navigate the things I wanted to do. The front desk provided maps (some hand drawn) to assist me to the Metro Bus where I was able to get to the Shopping complex to catch a tour bus to see the historic district!
