While I prefer Hilton properties, my company planned an event at the Crown Plaza in Mexico City. My experience with CP has be questionable in the past so I was concerned. Trust me when I say, you have nothing to be worried about at this property. It took about 2 hours to get there from the airport. Not the hotels...

Nice localization, few steps of WTC. The hotel staffs are very helpful, the localization is perfect only few steps of WTS, between WTC and Hotel there is a little mall with Apple store, a supermarket and a few restaurants. The room is very functional and modern; the room service is faster than other Mexican hotels, special consideration for the great...

I love the area the Crown plaza is located in. You can walk around safely at all hours, and visit quite a few nice restaurants and cafés. The hotel itself is American style circa 1980s and hardly anyone besides the receptionist speaks English. WiFi is problematic, and food is average. Triple check your bill, as extra charges often pop up-...
