This is a well situated hotel, with plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Breakfast is decent. Everything seems clean. Wifi was good, by hotel standards. And that's it. The rest is poorly maintained. First thing I found in my room was three empty beer bottles, a gift from the previous guest, and they stayed there for... More

Stayed here for two nights with siblings. The staff was always friendly and courteous. Its in a great location with a lot of restaurants, bars, convenient stores less then a block away. I came here with two other people and the room was spacious for the three of us. Had a little common area with sofa and TV. The beds... More

How can this hotel have 4/5 in TripAdvisor and 81% in booking??? How can someone even say this hotel is good? How can they even present themselves as being a 5 star hotel? Let's start from the beginning: I arrived in the hotel and everything really looked really old. That wouldn't be a problem if the rooms were good. But... More

Great location. Clean. Inexpensive. Would absolutely return if wifi was improved in room. Lobby signal ok but TERRIBLE in room. 2 blocks from the metro, Zona Rosa is a great neighborhood. Stay on an upper floor to avoid any street level late night noise.

This place was really disapponting, starting with the staff, who wasn't very friendly and also no one helps you with your luggage, then the place looks really outdated, and is not tastefully decorated, it actually looks ugly. The room was okay because it was big and comfortable, it had a little living room with TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and... More

Eurostars was a disappointment. The first room I was given had a defective room safe. Then I was moved to another room directly above the entrance which was very noisy. When I complained, I was moved to another room in the 9th floor with a safe only to find out later on that the safe was not bolted down. Sad... More

I stayed again in this hotel, prices are good, location is very good, even that I got a room to the street, the noise was fine and managed to stay here for more than a week and wish just the breakfast was a bit more varied, but it is just Ok. The luggage store is good and helped me to... More

We loved the location, the ambience, the rooms, the staff. Everything was excellent except the beds which were so hard, it was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The wonderful staff tried to help out, but moving some cushions and extra blankets to make the beds more comfortable but it just didn't work. If you sleep well, regardless of the... More
