The hotel is located in quite a busy street (but this is probably true for every hotel in Mexico City) and it will cost you about MX250 and 45 min to arrive from the airport. The kindness from the staff is amazing and they can support you to find tours or to provide you touristic information. The restaurant at the...

My fiancé and I stayed here for two days whilst stranded in Mexico City. The rooms are priced economically and you get WAY more than you pay for. The level of service that we experienced was phenomenal -like nothing we have seen in Canada, even in so called luxury hotels. The attention to detail was exceptional, from a personalized welcome...

Although I knew it was a boutique hotel I find it to be a little bit forced into this category. It has around 40 rooms and it's bigger and louder than what you expect. The whole environment looks dated. I hated the check in charge to my credit card, it was just weird that they charge almost the same amount...

There is too much noise in the room because of the main road! It makes you wake up each time a track and a bus is passing, very unpleasant experience. Internet in the room is not suitable even for email sending, there is very low level of service in the room, gests must go out in order to work and...

I was recently working in Mexico City and stayed at The Green Park Hotel, what a terrific place. The hotel rooms are amazing, the staff supper and the location is right across from the Bosque de Chapultepec park. The people of Mexico City are also wonderful. Nothing really bad to say, the traffic is terrible but that's another story.

We stayed here just before Christmas and we had a lovely time. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great, clean and comfortable. We only had one meal at the hotel and it was delicious but didn't have breakfast there so can't comment.

The room was big and comfortable, however having visited many hotels in Mexico this one really fell short on the hospitality. The staff were unfriendly and inflexible on offering an alternative to bread at breakfast (tortillas cost next to nothing and are served all over the country but they refused when asked) so my 'complementary continental' breakfast consisted of fruit...

We've been in Mexico 3 weeks so far and stayed in some really lovely hotels at lots of different price points. This was not one of them! Firstly when they say it's on the park and charge more for a park-side view I imagined this would be a tranquil retreat from the bustle of Mexico City. Wrong! They neglect to...

Our room was really nice with a anteroom with desk and a really nice bathroom. It overlooked the inside courtyard that was near restaurant. That meant that you could hear the flute and piano from below. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. The hotel really was not close to major shopping or eating so you had to walk about five or six...

This hotel is located across the street from Chapultepec Park and few minutes drive from the fantastic Anthropological Museum. The room was comfortable, clean, with a small balcony overlooking the patio. Staff friendly and English speaking. The room was very quiet, even though the hotel is on a busy street. The neighborhood is quiet, residential. Didn't see any bars/restaurants, but...
