We stayed with friends in the Penthouse. It was perfect for two couples. Lots of common space with seating, a dining table and a kitchenette. Although we only used the stove to make tea, the kitchenette appeared to be fully stocked.

Lovely B&B in a good location. Very nice sheets, filling breakfast with intelligent company, and great hosts, however the bathroom and shower was extremely small in the Milagritos room. I sneezed when near the sink and hit my head on a corner of the tile wall. We had higher hopes for the Red Tree House and will try a different...

I can't say enough good things about the Red Tree House. Aside from the fact that it's located in cool Condesa, it's truly one of the warmest and welcoming hotels/B&B's I've ever stayed in. When I arrived, I was greeted by no more than three different members of staff, all who treated me both like a friend they've known forever...

This was our 2nd stay and my husband and I stayed for 5 days in the very spacious, stylish Penthouse. It has a terrace, a living room, kitchen and and large dining area. Calla lilies awaited us in a tall vase. There is also a small "casita" off the terrace with a very attractive, modern new bathroom. A friend who...

This is without a doubt the best place I have stayed. What makes it so special? The staff are amazing and very attentive to each guests needs; all staff introduce themselves to you throughout your stay and make you feel that you are their number one guest. They have a fantastic breakfast where you can sit with other travelers and...

We had a wonderful 4 days in Mexico City recently, made all the more so by the owners and staff at The Red Tree House. Surely Craig and Jorge have a magic formula they could bottle to sprinkle over places to stay the world over...it would change travel for the better!!! The rooms are very cosy, not lavish, but well...

So I've hesitated writing a review for TRTH -- and thought about giving the place a one-star rating because, well, I'm selfish and don't want to make reservations a year in advance just to get back there. It's for real -- excellent customer service -- warm and inviting. Craig and his staff spend time and have genuine interest in all...

The Red Tree House is wonderful. Our flights were delayed out of LA so we didn't end up arriving in Mexico City until after midnight. But Victor and the driver were there to pick us up (five hours later than originally arranged) and it was the best thing that had happened to us all day! They were so generous and...

The Red Tree is the only place I stay in Mexico City. Immediately when I walk in I feel like I'm back home. The staff is wonderful, and extremely attentive. Breakfast is fantastic. They have happy hour every night where you can meet other guests. I love the decor. and to top it off, the location is super. I can't...

This property is in a very good neighborhood. There are lots of reasonably priced fine dining options. The hotel is excellent and quiet. I would go again. The breakfast and service were fantastic. Stayed there June 2012. The menu won't go back that far.
