There is a slope from the gate to the property down to the entrance to the hotel. Our accommodation was on the level into which you walk from this entrance courtyard. So that should not be a problem. The challenge would be the breakfast area which was one floor down from the level of our room. The first couple of stairs down were a little uneven. That might cause a problem.
