El Secreto is a little gem located behind the Ethnobotanical Gardens abd the Templo de Santo Domingo, so it is quiet but convenient to the major haunts of the Centro Historico. Comfortable room, nice terrace. Excellent breakfast, very nice staff. Highly recommended.

Can't remember, but I believe we paid what was posted on the web site for the El Secreto B&B. I believe we got an additional discount because we paid in cash.
