Casa de los Milagros is beautiful. It was such a delight to be in the house for four nights surrounded by lovely folk art. Rene the owner was kind, obliging and full of great suggestions. The breakfasts were delicious - a daily new amazing arrangement by Drufina and Paola. We had the perfect stay there - thank you Christopher and...

Few times you get to a hotel where everything is great and it defines a very high standard for what you would expect in other places. Our host was accommodating and helpful. Our room was wonderful, I found a lot of great books on Oaxaca and Mexico. I wish I had had the chance to do the cooking classes. Something...

My husband and I stayed for 10 nights at Casa de los Milagros and we thought the service was stellar. The place is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with folk art. The breakfasts were delicious works of art (thanks Rufina and Paula!). The host Rene is so accommodating. He had great suggestions for all our dining options as well as...

Rene and his staff made my trip to Oaxaca special. Beautiful breakfast, tranquil and comfortable accommodation, walking distance to all of Oaxaca's attractions. Rene was able to suggest and recommend food, tours and even where to go salsa dancing! Gracious, knowledgeable and professional. Great attention to detail and customer service

I am up to Oaxaca city several times a year, as it must be experienced in all "seasons", but I always stay at the Casa de los Milagros. Hosted by couple Rene and Adriana, you step into home when you are there. Paula and Rufina run the show, though. Cooking breakfasts that chef's would envy, they run an impeccable three...

We stayed at Casa de los Milagros for two nights early in June and liked the house a lot. We were the only guests at that time and it was very quiet at night. I imagine with only three rooms, even with other guests, it normally wouldn't get noisy and you can always have a good night sleep. In the...

My wife and I and friends stayed at la Casa de los Milagros in early March. We occupied all three bedrooms and it was great choice for friends and family to get together. We had the benefit of the delicious breakfast prepared by Paula and Rufina, and the advice and assistance of Rene each morning. In the afternoon and evening...

I enjoyed staying here for two night. Very friendly and helpful host, just 10 minutes walk to the main square, delicious breakfast, nicely decorated interior. The only thing that bothered me a little bit is that you can hear the noise of passing cars, but overall, totally worth the experience and everything else was very very nice.

My husband and 14-year old grandson and I spent 6 nights at Casa de los Milagros and would highly recomment it to anyone traveling to Oaxaca. Our rooms were great. The staff - which includes the owner Rene - and Paula and Rufina who cook and clean and greet you each morning with a wonderful breakfast and smiling faces -...

My spouse and I stayed at Casa de los Milagros for 27 days in February 2011 and loved every second of it. We would come back in a flash. It is situated just on the edge of the historic zone, out of the noisy bar scene but only eight minutes walk from Santo Domingo church. That is, close to almost...
