We staid there for 4 nights and if we had not paid in advance, we would have left immediately. The first room we were presented smelt really bad and there was mold. So we upgraded for a king size bedroom but they charged us 3 times the difference... Anyway this room was so noisy and no curtains. Not a good...

Made a reservation for a King Room for 4 nights. The first night they put us in a Double Room which was smelly from the humidity and it had no windows. That night there was no hot water when I tried to take a shower. When I tried to use the phone to call the front desk, it didn't work....

I stayed with my friend for a night at this hotel. We have noticed some problems by the time we checked-in which led us to ask for a better room; they showed us two other rooms which unfortunately both rooms had their problems as well: more extreme noise from outside, more smell, or dirtier room. I had to choose the...

We booked a king-size room for 4 nights and toured all of them with the help of a very nice young woman working at the front desk. We selected a bottom floor unit near the back, looking for quiet and cool. The cool we got: the rooms are cooler than outdoors but that wasn't problematic as the bed covers are...

Centrally located at a good location with only 8 to 10 minutes walking distance to the city center. Has a restaurant which serves good, tasty variety , specially for a vegetarian . Having an English Menu is another “big plus” for a non Spanish speaking client. [ It’s rare in San Cristobal ] Food prices are slightly higher. Staff does...

I spent a week in that hotel. The second floor seems to be ok. it´s well lit, and probably quiet. Many of the rooms are on the first floor, though. (1) I stayed in room 118. It was very noisy as there is a restaurant (named 100% Natural), which is NOT separated from the hotel rooms. The restaurant turns off...

Good place, in line with its 3-star rating. The place is well located close to city centre and has free parking for the car. Seems like the construction work is almost ended, they are putting down the last tiles in the breakfast area. It didn't really bother us as we were getting up early anyway. The rooms are indeed quite...

Avoid this place if you can! After travelling almost four months in Latin America and staying in hostels we wanted to have a nice room and hotel for Christmas. We booked a King size room online, but they had reserved us a doble room. The rooms are not that nice and most of the them are in the bottom floor...

Lovely hotel with an interesting decoration. It is situated at four blocks from main square and a few more steps from Mercado and restaurants. Our room as well as rest of hotel was frequently sanitized. Service at their restaurant was good and staff was always genuinely polite and helpful. Overall we had a nice stay. Love San Cristobal!!!
