I was very disappointed with this hotel. We stayed 2 nights in different occasions but we book them at the same time. We checked in on a Wednesday to spend the night. The room was old and dark. The bathroom was not 100% clean (there was an old soap and shampoo bottle in the bathroom, which makes me question the...

Cannot recommend this more highly This building is right next to the main square and has been beautifully converted. The décor is muted and tasteful, the ambience quiet, room service and reception are very helpful and the restaurant is good value when you want something nice away from the street hustlers. Wi-Fi is a bit patchy but staff will give...

First of all, the reception people are quite unfriendly. I checked in on Tuesday 11th October and the woman at reception (I think her name was something like Marakeet.. can't remember) and I had my guide with me and not once did she look at me. A friendly hi would have been nice. Maybe this is a cultural thing but...

U will not have a better location, belive me, its just in front of the park, and at 50 meters of the catedral, just perfect for going to the bars and walk around. The hotel is beautiful, and with modern bedrooms. Parking is included. Be sure to book with " breakfast included " cause its very good. Ask for rooms...

Hotel is not as nice as in the picture. Our room is small, no chair, no table, 3rd floor, no elevator, paid too much for it. We stayed one extra day, won't allowed to pay the same rate, charged 34% more than the 2 previous days. The food is so so for the price was charged.

This beautiful hotel located on the central square in the historic section of the city. We had a front balcony room overlooking the square. The room was large with 15' ceilings and a fine bathroom. Beds were comfortable but a bit hard. Lots of comforters were an the bed because it is quite cold in the mountains in February. We...

At first glance the hotel is beautiful, it seems cured. We stayed in room 204. The room is pretty small, do not even know where to put our luggage. The bathroom is very nice, the sink is mini, the shower water goes down slowly, the bed is perhaps the only thing slightly comfortable. What bothers you is all the noise...

The hotel enjoys its position on the main square of San Cristobal de las Casas. I got a room in the interior courtyard, which as quiet, even though there was a band playing in the square outside. The hotel is a colonial style establishment, so no elevators, but stairs. Beware if you have heavy or bulky luggage! The room is...
